Great for first 30,000 km

After driving 30,000 km these Effecient Grip Run Flats seem to have lost their grip. Now the tire is a magnet for debris and punctures so need changing.

Smooth and long lasting

Before I owned these Goodyears I would only ever use Yokohamas until my local tyre guy told me to try these. They seemed pretty expensive at first (195/45 R16 on a Ford Fiesta) but straight away I was noticing a huge difference to the driving. These tyres just grip to the road and have seemed to have lasted a lot longer than my previous Yokos. Road noise is noticeable quieter too and the ride is smoother.

Not so good at braking

In terms of grip and handling these tyres are fantastic until it comes to braking and for some reason fall really short on that. I would say be careful if you do drive on these tyres as it has that major drawback.

20000 miles of good grip

after 20000 miles the goodyear e g i had fitted began to lose grip. during those 20000 miles they were good tires and performed really well. tires were quiet and comfort
